Release of Liability Waiver

Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk & Client Agreement

By booking a service with Christine Rogerson (“Christine”), including but not limited to mediumship readings, intuitive guidance, spiritual life coaching, animal communication, classes, workshops, mentorships, or group sessions, you (“the Client”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Services

You understand that all services provided by Christine are intended for personal insight, reflection, and spiritual development. Mediumship, intuitive guidance, and animal communication are subjective and cannot be guaranteed in accuracy, clarity, or outcome.

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Care

You acknowledge that Christine is not a medical professional, psychologist, therapist, veterinarian, lawyer, or financial advisor. Therefore, you agree that:

  • Services are not a replacement for medical, psychological, legal, veterinary, or financial advice.

  • You will seek appropriate professional support for any concerns in these areas.

  • Christine does not diagnose, treat, or predict medical or psychological conditions.

3. Personal Responsibility

You understand and agree that:

  • You are fully responsible for your own choices, actions, and interpretations following any session.

  • Any decisions you make based on the information provided are your own.

  • You assume full responsibility for your emotional, mental, and spiritual well‑being during and after the session.

4. Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily participate in services with the understanding that:

  • Spiritual and intuitive work can bring up emotional or sensitive topics.

  • You may experience emotional responses or personal insights that require self‑reflection.

  • You accept these possibilities and participate at your own discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Christine from:

  • Any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities

  • Any emotional, psychological, or spiritual distress

  • Any decisions or actions taken as a result of the session

  • Any perceived or actual outcomes of the service

Christine is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation.

6. Confidentiality

Christine maintains strict confidentiality regarding all sessions unless:

  • You provide written permission

  • Disclosure is required by law

  • There is concern for your safety or the safety of others

7. Age Requirement

You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or you have a parent/guardian present who has provided consent.

8. No Guarantees

You understand that:

  • Specific messages, connections, or outcomes cannot be guaranteed

  • The quality of intuitive or mediumistic communication varies

  • Christine will always work ethically and to the best of her ability

9. Agreement to Terms

By booking a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Release of Liability Waiver. Your booking serves as your electronic signature and acceptance of these terms.
